For over 25 years, I’ve had the honor of sitting with individuals and couples as they navigate difficult emotions and life transitions.

 

I always begin by spotlighting the here and now. What is the story you bring? Where do you want it to go or change? 

 

Transformation happens when you change the way that you relate and see yourself. For some of us, that means catching and changing how we talk to ourselves.

 

I graduated cum laude with a Masters in Social Work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 1996.  Since then, my professional path has taken me through both the public and private sectors, leading to the establishment of my private clinical practice in 2000.
