Fees are expected at the time of service. I send clients a “super bill” at the end of each month that outlines all attended sessions within that month.
Payments may be made via Zelle, check or cash. I do not accept credit card payments.
Collaborative divorce and divorce coaching services are unfortunately not insurance reimbursable. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss the specific fee structures.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, my services may still be covered in full, or in part, depending on your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you have a PPO, I can provide a “super bill” to be submitted to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies depending on your plan, so please check with your insurance provider to learn more on what your plan offers.
